Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! Message us here, to talk about wholesale prices! There is a discount for wholesale orders! If you have any questions about what could be considered “Wholesale” please feel free to reach out to us!
What materials do you use?
We use a variety of materials in our jewelry. Primarily, our pieces are made from polymer clay. Earrings posts, hoops, hooks and accessories for jewelry are high quality metal. If you would like something switched out for something specific, please send us an email to check if it is possible on that particular piece.
Do they break easily?
If cared for properly, they should not break easily. Avoid dropping the clay pieces. Polymer clay jewelry generally will not break when dropped. But some floral and animal designs have parts such as petals, leaves, ears, and tails which are delicate and can be damaged. Avoid pressing these parts. If your order arrives damaged, please message and I will work with you!
How to clean and care for polymer clay accessories?
Do not wet your new polymer clay accessories. Avoid using chemicals, solvents, perfume, jewelry cleaners, or sprays on/around them. If they become dirty, you can use a damp clean cloth and gently wipe the surface. If your piece is hand painted, simply wipe with a dry clean cloth or cotton ear swab. When not in use, store polymer clay jewelry in a box or a separate compartment. Keep away from sharp objects to avoid scratching the surface. Please avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Polymer clay is very lightweight and durable but make sure not to bend.This will help with the preservation of each handmade piece.
